How alone were you when you got your Dx?

It took me seven years to find my first peer.

Friends and family can be awesome BUT it’s just not the same as meeting someone else like you, who knows exactly what you’re going through (and who isn’t 80). Knowing you’re not alone is incredible but actually finding, connecting, messaging — or even meeting up with — someone like you can be a life-changing experience. It was for me.

80% of young adults are treated in rural community cancer centers. Odds are there aren’t other young adults like them around.

Yes, Stupid Cancer has a FREE mobile app. An app built BY a global cancer community and FOR a global cancer community. Instant anonymous peer support, private messaging, live chatrooms, moderated forums, and direct access to the wealth of the Stupid Cancer universe… on your phone.

We took the best of platforms like WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Match, Tinder, and those creepy AOL message boards from the 1990s and created something entirely unprecedented.

We built this together and we need your feedback to keep making it better. Try it out and let us know what you think.
